Preparing a Useful Paper RFQ

A focused request helps both sides compare the same product and avoid missing details.

Identify product and use

Name the paper family and intended device or application. For labels, describe the surface and printing process. For NCR, state whether you need sheets, rolls or continuous forms.

Provide measurable specifications

Include width, length or diameter, core, material, color, print design and any relevant GSM or adhesive requirement. Unknown values can be marked as open questions rather than guessed.

Add commercial context

Share estimated quantity, packaging preference, destination and the date by which you need a response. If you have an existing sample or specification sheet, attach it through an agreed secure channel.
