When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, company, business email, country, requested product and message. Optional quantity and referral details may also be included.
Purpose and storage
We use this information to respond to your business inquiry and manage the request. Submissions are stored in a restricted inquiry database when the online form is enabled.
Sharing and retention
Inquiry information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the website, database and business email. We retain it only as needed for business communication and applicable obligations.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing us. Essential server logs may be retained for security. Optional analytics is off until you consent. If enabled, we record page views, address and WhatsApp clicks, and form progress by field name only; we do not record unsent field contents. Event records are removed after 13 months. You can withdraw consent by deleting the analytics_consent cookie.
